Yard Operative​/FLT

My very busy well-established recycling clients are now looking for a Yard Operative with current FLT license

To start ASAP

Working 12-hour shifts Monday - Friday

Pay: 1 x Level 2 - FLT essential £13.69 + 20% shift allowance = £16.43

Your role :

Safety and

Housekeeping: Maintain general housekeeping and ensure a safe working environment including keeping the outside yard clean and tidy. Adhering strictly to all Environmental, Health, and Safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Prioritising and promoting safety in all aspects of work.

Site Operations:
Operate the site and production processes safely and efficiently, contributing to our commitment to sustainability and responsible waste management.

Team Support:
Assist with other duties as needed, collaborating with colleagues to achieve production targets and maintain a high standard of work.

Your profile:

Licenses:
Must have Forklift.

Adaptability:
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects within set time frames while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

Communication:
Strong interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively and professionally with colleagues with minimal

supervision.
