Weare looking for a motivated and compassionate registered nurse to join our friendly community treatment room team, delivering high-quality, person-centred care across seven clinic locations in Halton. This varied and rewarding role isideal for a nurse who is clinically confident, well organised and able to workboth independently and collaboratively. You will support patients with a widerange of planned nursing needs, helping them remain well within their local community.

The post holder will assess, plan, deliver and evaluate safe,evidence-based nursing care for patients attending community treatment rooms across Halton. Main duties include wound assessment and management; compression therapy and leg ulcer care within competence; suture and clip removal;injections, prescribed medicines and other treatment-room procedures; chronic disease monitoring; health promotion and patient education; infection prevention and control; recognising deterioration and escalating concerns appropriately;maintaining accurate, contemporaneous electronic records in line with NMCstandards;
managing a delegated caseload and working autonomously within professional competence; safeguarding adults and children; contributing to clinical governance, audit, incident reporting and service improvement; and working collaboratively with GPs, specialist nurses, community teams and other agencies to coordinate care. The nurse will also support colleagues, maintain equipment and stock safely, and provide care that protects each patients privacy, dignity and individual needs.

- Actively supports the Treatment room team by undertaking responsibility for a delegated caseload, managing of patients/clients within a defined clinical service/area, providing evidence-based care and advice.
- Provides a nursing assessment of patients/clients; plans, develops and/or implements and evaluates programmes of care.
- Provide clinical supervision to other staff, students
- May be responsible for routine work allocation and checking of tasks of support staff and/or less experienced staff.
- Active NMC registered adult nurse.
- Nursing Qualification at level 5/6 study.

- Range of extended clinical skills & demonstrate clinical knowledge.
