Summary
£13.80 - £14.45 per hour* | 40-hour contract | 05:00-13:30 and 14:00-22:30 shifts | 30-35 days holiday (pro rata)

As a Warehouse Operative (Goods In), you’ll play a vital role in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly. From counting and moving stock to making sure deliveries are processed properly, you’ll be part of a team that gets our products into our customers’ hands.
This is a role that keeps you on your feet and thinking fast – perfect for someone who likes to be hands-on and work hard as part of a busy team. You’ll be dealing with everything from fresh fruit and veg to frozen goods, so attention to detail and high energy are key!

What you'll do
Carefully count, move, and put away the full range of food and non-food products
Make sure the stock is processed accurately to the highest standards
Be happy to work in cold environments
Understand temperature compliance processes
Follow processes for recording incorrect deliveries
Communicate clearly and confidently with your teams
Help with team tasks and keep warehouse standards to the expected level, with a clean as you go attitude
What you'll need
Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Great maths skills and a keen eye for detail
To be confident working with moving equipment
Self-motivation, a can-do attitude, and a sense of pride in a job well done
