Dron & Dickson are looking for a Sales Co‑ordinator
, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—ensuring smooth sales processes, supporting our valued customers, and helping us achieve our branch goals. You’ll work closely with our Business Development Managers and play a key role in maintaining our high standards of service and safety.

• Process sales quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders efficiently and accurately
• Manage and build relationships with assigned customer accounts
• Proactively follow up on quotations to secure business
• Expedite customer and supplier orders, handling returns and non‑conformances
• Maintain and update CRM records to ensure clean and current data
• Support Business Development Managers with sales coordination tasks
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain high standards of customer service aligned with our core values

• Previous Sales Experience
• Minimum GCSEs or Standard Grades
• Comp Ex Foundation (or willingness to complete)
• Training in Customer Service, Anti‑Bribery, and Anti‑Slavery & Human Trafficking provided
