Proactive Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Coordinator administator to join a well-established and respected organisation within the electrical and hazardous area equipment sector.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Thursday: 08 00
  • Friday: 08 30

The Role

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the branch s sales operations. Working closely with Business Development Managers, you will ensure the smooth running of sales processes while delivering exceptional service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing sales quotations, orders, and purchase orders accurately and efficiently
  • Managing and developing relationships with existing customer accounts
  • Proactively following up quotations to secure new business
  • Expediting customer and supplier orders, including handling returns and non-conformances
  • Maintaining and updating CRM systems to ensure accurate data
  • Supporting Business Development Managers with day-to-day coordination tasks
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Always delivering a high standard of customer service

The Candidate

  • Previous sales experience is essential
  • Electrical industry experience is desirable but not essential
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Good IT skills and experience using CRM systems
  • Minimum GCSEs (or equivalent)
  • Willingness to complete Comp Ex Foundation training (if not already held)
