Runcorn (First 2 Months) Warrington Town Centre Salary: £36,000 Basic  Uncapped Commission OTE: £45,000 Year One Shift Allowance: £2,680 per annum An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Team Leader to join a growing automotive business. Leading a team of 8-12 Contact Centre Sales Advisors, you'll be responsible for driving conversions, coaching performance, and creating a positive, high-energy sales culture focused on results rather than call volumes.

Benefits: £36,000 basic salary. Uncapped commission with £45,000 OTE. £2,680 annual shift allowance. Overtime paid at time and a half. 33 days holiday including bank holidays. Leading, motivating and developing a contact centre sales team. Driving sales performance, conversions and KPI achievement. Conducting coaching sessions, 1-2-1s and performance reviews. Creating a positive, competitive and engaging sales environment. Using performance data to improve results and maximise revenue. Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.

What We're Looking For:

Previous team leadership experience within a contact centre sales environment. Strong track record of managing KPI-driven teams and improving conversions. Excellent coaching, mentoring and performance management skills. A motivational leadership style with the ability to build a winning sales culture. Automotive industry knowledge would be advantageous but is not essential. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced contact centre environment and enjoys developing high-performing teams.
