Are you a PLC Programmer, Controls Engineer or similar looking for a role off‑the‑tools programming bespoke control systems famous for their safety and high reliability, for a Tier 1 global business that can offer training on DCS programming, flexible hybrid working and structured career development?

In this role you will be trained on the programming of bespoke distributed control systems used in the automation of industrial processes across the manufacturing, chemical, pharmaceutical, energy and oil & gas industries. You may travel on‑site to assist in commissioning the systems, typically once a month, including off‑shore rigs and sites throughout the UK.

• Programming distributed control systems used for industrial automation
• Training on DCS programming
• Flexible hybrid working (up to 3 days at home per week)
• Flexible hours – option to work a compressed fortnight and have every other Friday off
• Travel nationally and off‑shore to sites to assist with commissioning of new equipment (up to one week per month)

• Willing to travel nationally and work away 1 week per month
• PLC Programmer, Controls Engineer, DCS Engineer or similar background

PLC Programmer, Controls Engineer, DCS Engineer or similar; willing to travel and occasionally work off‑shore for up to 2 weeks at a time.
