Location: Runcorn, WA7 3FZ

Job Length: Permanent

Working Hours: 46 hours per week, predominantly Monday‑Friday, but flexible to work any five days within a seven‑day period. Start times vary from 4.30 am onwards.

Reporting to the Transport Manager, this Driver's Mate will support driver and warehouse operations, ensuring efficient logistics, building customer relationships, and maintaining safety.

• Supporting the driver and warehouse teams in loading/unloading of stock.
• Supporting the driver with the most efficient traffic routes to help get each location and back home quickly and safely.
• Building excellent working relationships with customers and other departments.
• Holding health and safety at the forefront of all processes.

• Prior experience working as a driver’s mate, drayman or within a warehouse desirable, however not required.
• Customer service.
• Manual handling experience and/or training desirable; full training will be provided during induction.
• Knowledge of the local region.
