10 Hours Min Paid | Shift Premiums | Breaks Paid
Days & Nights | Immediate starts
We are looking for professional Class 1 Drivers for a mixture of store deliveries and long-distance trunking , with regular ongoing work, planned shifts and a minimum of 10 hours' pay guaranteed per shift.
Days
Monday to Friday £17.25 per hour
Shift Premiums
Shift Premium band 1 (00:03 – 02:59) - £14.08 – Per Shift
Shift Premium band 2 (03:00 – 03:59) - £9.50 - Per Shift
Shift Premium band 3 (04:00 – 04:59) - £9.50 - Per Shift
Shift Premium band 4 (16:00 – 00:02) - £14.08 - Per Shift
Shift Premium band 5 (11:00 – 15:59) - £6.69 - Per Shift
Weekend Rates
Saturday: £19.25 per hour
Sunday: £21.28 per hour
Overtime
£20.80 per hour after 10.35 hours worked
The role
Store deliveries – Days
Multi-drop deliveries – Low level
Long-distance trunking – Nights trunking to Scotland
Delivering products within agreed delivery windows
Carrying out vehicle checks and reporting any defects
Working safely and following company procedures
Providing a professional and reliable service to customers
Shift Patterns
Drivers will be required to work Monday to Friday, with the following start windows:
AM:
02:00–05:00
PM: 14:00–17:00
Requirements
Valid HGV Class 1 / LGV C+E licence
Minimum 12 Months Class 1 driving experience
Valid Digital Tachograph Card
Valid Driver CPC
Maximum 6 points for minor endorsements
Good knowledge of Drivers' Hours and Working Time Regulations
Good national geographical knowledge
