You’ll report to the Distribution & Recycling Shift Leader. With a motivated team, you’ll keep all areas of the warehouse clean and tidy from the loading bays to the picking slots.

In return, we’ll give you a competitive hourly rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures, with an additional £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for nights, as well as a generous benefits package designed to support your well‑being and life outside of Lidl.

• Cleaning all warehouse areas, including the floors, fixtures, fittings, and mopping up spillages
• Removing and disposing waste packaging from the warehouse floor to minimise trip hazards
• Ensuring clean‑as‑you‑go stations are stocked e.g. tissue roll, hazard signs
• Clearing all fire exits of blockages and litter
• Emptying the recycling stations and moving them to the Recycling areas
• Confidently operate cleaning machinery
• Proactively make sure that hygiene and Health and Safety standards are met at all times

• Have a keen eye and attention to detail
• Experience in cleaning or maintenance (beneficial but not essential)
• Ensuring compliance with Corporate Code of Conduct and Principles
• Follow internal guidelines and standards
• Be flexible in your work and open to executing individual tasks (excluding picking) if necessary
