Position: Warehouse Operatives Fixed Term Contract

We are currently looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our Runcorn Distribution Centre on a Fixed Term Contract.

Rate of pay:£13 per hour plus £1 shift allowance for Weekend Days £13 per hour plus £2 shift allowance for Nights

Available Shift: Different ranges of Shifts

Our busy Distribution Centres are the cogs that keep our wheels turning! Warehouse Operatives are responsible for serving our customers better than anyone else! We do this by getting the right stock, at the right time, to the right place.

Our Warehouse Operatives are team players who also thrive when working independently. Self-motivated with a can-do attitude, you'll work at pace to meet the standards and hit the targets! The role can be physically demanding, however, rest assured it will keep you active.

Although experience is desirable, we are interested in candidates in all sectors including support/care workers and retail assistants. You'll receive all the training and equipment to be a success!

This role is offered on a fixed term contract and is subject to a 12-week probation period.

Upon completion of your contract there is a chance of you being offered a permanent position. This is subject to certain conditions:

Your performance during the 6-month contract
Your absence/lateness record
The business's needs at the time.
