Customer Service Associate; Runnemede, NJ

Purpose of Position:
The customer service representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for internal and external Ethos Beauty Partners customers. They should possess excellent knowledge of our company’s products and programs, and communicate effectively with team members.

Position Summary:

Daily Functions:

• Provide accurate information to process incoming calls for customer orders in a call center environment.
• Update customer account details such as name, address, and delivery or shipping information.
• Collaborate with the credit/billing department to address billing inquiries and provide solutions.
• Assist with UPS/Fed Ex shipping and tracking questions or concerns.
• Handle returns and complaints, providing solutions.
• Record customer complaints regarding shipping issues like lost, missing, or damaged items, and inform management.
• Refer unresolved issues to supervisors or managers.
• Provide information about products, promotions, and inventory updates.
