Location:
Rushden, Northamptonshire - office based role
Pay - £14.00 per hour paid weekly, 28 days holiday pay increasing with service. on site parking available.
Contract:
Temporary initially could be up to 6 months with a potential to become a permanent role Start:

Fast‑paced, Open plan office based based Role 35 hours per week Monday to Friday 09.00 - 17.00 with 1 hour lunch
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Training Department Administrator to support the Training team during a busy period. You'll play a key role in coordinating and booking e‑learning courses, managing training records, and ensuring employees have a smooth and efficient learning experience.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑moving environment, enjoys working with digital systems, is computer literate and comfortable working with dual screens with strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
E‑learning coordination - Booking and scheduling on line training courses across multiple platforms and applications.
System administration - Updating learner records, tracking completions, and maintaining accurate data.
Training support - Assisting the Training department with day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
Communication management - Sending course invitations, reminders, and responding queries
You will be :
Available for an immediate start for a Temporary weekly paid contract
Strong computer literacy - Confident using multiple systems, platforms, and digital tools.
Excel proficiency - Comfortable with spreadsheets, data entry, and simple reporting.
Attention to detail - Accuracy is essential when managing training records.
Ability to work under pressure - You'll be juggling tasks in a busy, fast‑paced department.
Strong communication skills - Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
