Project Coordinator - 9 months contract Ellesmere Port Salary: £28,000 - £29,000 We are recruiting for a Project Coordinator to support the Commercial Manager and wider project team of this successful, growing construction company, playing a key role in the smooth commercial delivery of industrial construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in project coordination who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail.

Your will provide vital commercial and administrative support across multiple projects, ensuring documentation, applications and contract information are completed accurately and on time. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the day-to-day commercial administration of projects. Producing detailed cost summaries and commercial reports. Preparing and submitting payment applications. Evaluating and submitting variation claims. Identifying and resolving incorrect contract costings. Ensuring invoices are submitted in line with contract requirements. Managing contract documentation and maintaining accurate project files. Following up actions from Commercial Value Review (CVR) meetings. Providing support to the Commercial Manager and Contract Managers.

Visiting project sites to assist Project and Contracts Managers where required. This role is a maternity contract but could become permanent for the right individual. Hours are Monday - Thursday 8.00am-4.00pm and Friday 8.00am-2.00pm Benefits include 25 days holidays plus bank holidays, your birthday as an extra day off, medical insurance after qualifying period and company pension. Highly organised with excellent administrative skills. Commercially aware with strong attention to detail. Confident working independently and managing multiple priorities. An excellent communicator who can build strong working relationships. Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including advanced formulas. A proactive problem solver with a positive, can-do attitude.
