Our client is an independent employee-owned Company that delivers a comprehensive range of goods and services into the food industry based in Rushden, Northamptonshire.
They are looking for someone who is flexible and experienced in a wide range of business admin tasks to be part of the admin team.
What’s in it for you:
Approx. 20hrs per week, 10:00am to 2:30pm, Monday – Friday, office based.
Wage: £13 to £15 an hour subject to experience.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
General admin duties including answering the telephone and customer liaison.
Data input / updates of systems and reporting.
Assisting with procurement processing and logistics booking.
Responding to emails / queries from customers and suppliers.
Supporting customer service activity administration.
Assisting with other finance / HR admin duties as and when required.
Results expected in this position:
Accurately and timely completion of all tasks.
Uphold client satisfaction.
Manage own time efficiently.
Competencies:
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Customer-centric focused, with attention to detail.
Self-motivated with strong work ethic and organisational skills.
Team player with initiative and ability to coordinate and multitask.
Qualifications and
Experience:
Good numeracy and literacy skills are super important to GCSE A – C standard plus.
