Job Type: Supply (Day-to-Day, Short-Term, Long-Term) Temporary Potential Permanent Mana Education is recruiting Teaching Assistants for primary schools in Rushden and Wellingborough.

We are looking for reliable, enthusiastic Teaching Assistants (TA), Learning Support Assistants (LSA) and SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.Whether you are looking for flexible daily supply or a long-term Teaching Assistant role, we have opportunities to suit your availability. Roles Available:

- General Classroom Teaching Assistant- SEN Teaching Assistant (Special Educational Needs)- SEND Support Assistant- SEMH Teaching Assistant- 1:1 Teaching Assistant Support
- Intervention & Small Group Support
- Supply Teaching Assistant (Daily, Short-Term, Long-Term)? Requirements:

- Experience working in UK schools OR relevant childcare/youth experience

- Experience with SEN, SEND or SEMH (desirable but not essential)- Strong behaviour management skills
- Patient, adaptable and supportive approach
