This is an excellent opportunity to inspire and engage students across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering high-quality English lessons in a supportive and well-resourced department.
The Role- Teaching English Language and Literature across KS3 and KS4
- Planning and delivering engaging, creative lessons
- Marking and assessing student progress
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Working collaboratively with the wider English department
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching English within UK secondary schools
- Strong classroom management skills
- Passion for promoting a love of reading and writing
- Reliable, professional, and committed to raising achievement
