EYFS​/KS1 Primary Teacher

At Rushden Primary Academy, we are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage Teacher to join our committed and ambitious team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about Early Years education, committed to excellence, and driven by a desire to help every child thrive.

This is an exciting time to join our school. During October half term, we will be unveiling a brand-new EYFS outdoor learning environment, creating exceptional opportunities for children to explore, discover and learn through purposeful play. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to help shape and embed this exciting provision as part of our commitment to delivering outstanding Early Years education.

Working alongside our experienced and passionate EYFS Lead, this role would be ideal for an Early Career Teacher or someone in the early stages of their teaching career who is eager to learn, develop and refine their practice. We are committed to investing in our staff and provide strong coaching, mentoring and professional development to help teachers grow into outstanding practitioners.
