Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of major projects across the UK and Europe, we are looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Building Services contractor.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business delivering complex Mechanical and Electrical projects across sectors including Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, Commercial, Healthcare, Logistics and Energy.

As Quantity Surveyor, you will take full commercial responsibility for projects from handover through to final account, ensuring strong financial performance and effective contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.

• Manage project costs from handover through to final account settlement.

• Lead procurement of specialist subcontract packages.

• Produce and manage monthly Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs).

• Monitor project cashflow, forecasts and commercial performance.
