Electrical Engineer (Industrial Breakdown)
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 (OTE up to £55K) plus excellent overtime rates (up to 2x), door to door pay, company van, health insurance, 25 days holiday.
Location:
Rushden, Northamptonshire.
We are looking for an Electrical Engineer or similar to join our industrial sector with training on breakdowns and fault finding. You will work alongside the senior Breakdown Engineer diagnosing faults from electrical drawings, visiting client sites in recycling and agricultural settings, servicing PLCs, and performing occasional overnight stays.
The Role- Diagnose faults on industrial equipment using electrical drawings
- Service PLCs on a wide range of industrial equipment
- Visit client sites and carry out breakdown repair, services and maintenance
- Work Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm (occasional paid overnight stays)
- Overtime paid at 1.5x on weekdays and 2x on weekends
- Electrical certification/qualification
- Background working in the industrial sector
- Willing to work within industrial breakdown and repair with training
- Full UK driving licence
