We are currently recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants to support a specialised mental health service at This role requires confident, skilled support workers who are comfortable working in a complex mental health environment.

• Previous experience working within mental health settings (essential)
• PMVA or MAPA trained (due to the needs of the service)
• Competent with personal care
• Catheter care trained
• Ability to work calmly in challenging situations
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach

• Providing high?quality, person?centred care
• Supporting individuals with mental health needs in their daily routines
• Personal care and maintaining dignity
• Catheter care and other clinical support tasks (within your competence)
• Supporting the team to ensure a safe, therapeutic environment
• Following care plans and risk management guidelines
