Insurance Account Handler

We are looking for an organised, client-focused Account Handler to support our Account Executives and manage the day-to-day servicing of our clients insurance programmes.

Working within a close-knit team, you will play an important role in building strong relationships with clients, insurers, and colleagues, ensuring our clients receive efficient, responsive, and high-quality service at all times.

Key Responsibilities Client Service & Relationship Management Deliver a high standard of client service, acting as a key point of contact for clients and responding promptly to enquiries. B uild strong relationships with farming and rural business clients, understanding their insurance needs and operations. Ensure clients receive clear, professional advice and support throughout the lifecycle of their policies. Maintain regular communication with clients regarding renewals, mid-term adjustments, and policy documentation.
