About The Role
Days and hours: This is a zero‑hours Cleaning role, designed to support operational cover across our sites. No minimum hours are guaranteed, and shifts will be offered based on business needs. We are looking for someone who is flexible and able to support with ad‑hoc cover when available. You will have the flexibility to accept or decline shifts offered.
Hourly Rate: £12.71

- Inducted at the start of your contract and trained within your first week of work.
- Provide a high standard of customer care through focus across different shift hours.
- Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials.
- Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper, and bin liners.
- Empty litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
- Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
- Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
- Work within a team that goes the extra mile.
- Attitude to thrive and cleaning experience (or willingness to train from scratch if you match our positive and thoughtful approach).
- Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
- Basic level of spoken English for safety communication and confidence speaking with members of the public and the management team at the client’s site.
- Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
- Right to work in the UK (bring evidence to interview); applies to both UK and non‑UK nationals.
- Enhanced DBS check required.
- Two satisfactory references required as part of the recruitment process.
