More About The Role

As Manufacturing Key Operative – Machine you will work within the production team to maintain and run the production lines to ensure quality products are produced for our customers in a safe, efficient, and hygienic environment. It is fast‑paced, high‑volume and demanding, yet rewarding as you contribute to a quality product being delivered.

You will run the production line, conduct system set‑ups and calibration to ensure orders are met and compliant, and aim to maximise overall equipment effectiveness to reduce waste, downtime and giveaway.

• Previous experience working in a production environment with machinery is ideal
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment

• Openness to working in a production environment with varying temperatures
