Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
Hours: 7:00am 7:00pm | 5 out of 7 days (rota basis)
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

As a Baler Operative, you will play an important role in the recycling process, ensuring recyclable materials are processed safely and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating the baling machine safely and efficiently
• Loading and processing recyclable materials, including cardboard, plastic, and other waste streams
• Monitoring the baling process and reporting any equipment faults or maintenance requirements
• Tying, labelling, and preparing completed bales for storage or collection
