Decathlon UK Ltd invites you to join its Graduate Trainee programme, designed to develop leadership and retail skills across a variety of sports products. You will begin by understanding our values, culture, and store operations while engaging customers on the shop floor.
As you progress from Month 4 onward, you’ll assume increasing responsibilities on the shop floor and in department management, with mentorship, training, and clear career growth pathways throughout the programme.
