Full-time – Thursday to Monday, 9:30am–5:30pm
Weekend Rota: 1 in 4 weekends off
Package:
Competitive salary + uncapped commission + fuel allowance

What You’ll Be Doing

* Welcoming and qualifying buyers

* Conducting engaging show home and off-plan viewings

* Converting enquiries into reservations

* Progressing sales through to exchange

* Keeping CRM systems up to date

* Delivering an exceptional customer journey from start to finish

What We’re Looking For

* Proven new homes sales experience (developer preferred)

* Strong sales and closing skills

* IT savvy and confident using CRM systems

* High customer service standards

* Self-motivated, organised and target driven

* Full UK driving licence
