Pertemps Northampton is seeking a confident Business Development Assistant in Rushden. This permanent role reports to the sales team and focuses on telephone-based sales, relationship building, and creating new business opportunities.
Working hours 9:00am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday. You will identify opportunities, nurture leads through calls, email, and CRM, and pass qualified leads to the sales team while maintaining excellent customer service.
