P4 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join a specialist childrens residential home in Rushden, supporting children and young adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to progress into a leadership position while remaining hands-on and directly involved in supporting young people.

You will play an important role in helping the young people develop their independence, confidence and life skills, supporting them as they prepare for adulthood.

About the role

As a Team Leader, you will work alongside the management team to ensure the young people receive outstanding care and support.

You will provide leadership to the team while remaining actively involved in the day-to-day running of the home.
