This is a full time, permanent position, working Sunday to Thursday, 14:00 till 22:00. Pay, benefits and more:
Were looking to offer a salary of up to £33,259.20 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What youll do on a typical day:
Lead, coach and develop operational teams to achieve performance, productivity and quality targets Monitor and drive key operational KPIs while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement Foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture through effective communication and engagement Ensure full compliance with health & safety standards, company policies and operational procedures Investigate operational issues, resolve challenges and work collaboratively with support departments to deliver excellent service What you need to succeed at GXO:
Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a warehouse, logistics or operational environment Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage people at all levels A self-motivated, proactive approach and the confidence to take ownership of challenges and initiatives Experience using Microsoft Office, WMS systems and working knowledge of operational processes and procedure Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on operational excellence We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
