Join our team as a Systems Clerk and play a key role in keeping our warehouse operation running smoothly. This is a hands‑on, warehouse‑based role that acts as the link between Operations and Inventory, supporting colleagues through warehouse systems, resolving issues, and ensuring stock and orders are processed accurately.

• Acting as a warehouse systems "super user", supporting colleagues with system queries and troubleshooting issues.
• Processing inbound deliveries and outbound orders, ensuring all transactions are completed accurately within the warehouse management system.
• Monitoring system activity, investigating errors, and resolving order or stock discrepancies.
• Completing and maintaining accurate documentation for stock movements, receipts, and dispatches.
• Generating reports and analysing data to support operational performance and decision‑making.
• Working closely with Operations and Inventory teams to ensure stock accuracy and smooth warehouse processes.
• Escalating system faults where required and supporting the implementation of solutions.
• Supporting management with administrative and operational tasks as needed while maintaining a safe working environment.

• Has strong computer literacy and is confident learning and using multiple systems.
• Enjoys solving problems and investigating issues to find effective solutions.
• Can manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
• Has excellent attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
• Communicates well and enjoys working with both operational and inventory teams.
• Is comfortable spending time in a warehouse environment rather than being office‑based.
• Has experience using warehouse management systems, stock control systems, or operational systems (desirable).
• Thrives in a hands‑on role where no two days are the same.
