Join our team as a Warehouse Administrator, playing a key role in keeping our warehouse operation running smoothly by managing stock movements, processing deliveries, maintaining accurate system records, and supporting operational performance.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Processing inbound deliveries and outbound orders through the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Checking stock accuracy, investigating discrepancies, and resolving system-related issues.
- Producing reports and analysing data to support operational decision-making.
- Monitoring warehouse systems for errors and escalating issues where required.
- Maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring all documentation is completed correctly.
- Acting as a key contact for inbound and outbound administration queries.
- Supporting warehouse operations with administrative tasks and customer requirements.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, quality, and operational procedures at all times.
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
- Have previous warehouse administration or logistics administration experience.
- Are confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Enjoy problem-solving, investigating discrepancies, and working with data.
- Have excellent attention to detail and can maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively and enjoy working as part of a team.
- Can confidently work with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and learn new processes.
