Position: Full-Time Construction Labourer Role

Mélanie Construction Inc. is seeking a Construction Labourer to join its dynamic team on a full-time basis. This role involves loading and transporting materials, mixing concrete, and performing maintenance work. Working closely with owners and local contractors, this position enhances your skills while ensuring high-quality service in our ongoing expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, and transport materials for construction

• Mix, pour, and spread concrete and asphalt

• Clean and organize salvaged construction materials

• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and tools

• Safely clean up spills and remove debris from sites

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 months of relevant experience

• High school diploma or equivalent education

• Proficiency in English or French communication

• Strong attention to detail and safety protocols

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
