• Our pharmacy is next door to the Russell Medical Clinic, providing a unique opportunity for collaborative healthcare.

• Located 10 minutes from Asessippi Ski Resort, top‑class walleye fishing at Lake of the Prairies, multiple cross‑country ski and hiking trails, prime waterfowl and big‑game hunting area, close to Riding Mountain National Park; also near community amenities such as Russell Inn, hockey arena, swimming pools, etc.
• Reavie’s Pharmacy is an independent operation – no corporate bureaucracy; ownership is directly involved in day‑to‑day operations to improve patient outcomes.
• Positive work‑life balance: no evenings, 1 in 3 weekend rotation, closed on Sundays.
• Full complement of pharmacy staff to assist with workflow.

• Working collaboratively with patients’ physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure positive drug therapy outcomes.
• Patient‑counseling on the selection and use of non‑prescription medication.
• Ensuring accurate pharmacotherapy.
• Advising patients and health care professionals on indications, contra‑indications, adverse effects, drug interactions, and dosage of pharmaceuticals.
• Maintaining medication profiles of customers.
• Ensuring proper preparation, packaging, distribution, and storage of vaccines, serums, biologicals and other drugs.

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm‑D.
• Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada certification.
• Good standing with College of Pharmacists and strong sense of professionalism.
• Superior patient and physician relation skills.
• Excellent leadership and performance management skills – an asset.
• Authorization to prescribe for self‑limiting conditions, smoking cessation, urinary tract infections – an asset.
• Any additional accreditation (e.g., CDE, Geriatric Pharmacist) – an asset, not required.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with Assyst‑Rx pharmacy software – an asset; experience with Kroll is considered similar.
