Registered Nurse/Field Staff Coordinator

Russellville Hospital – Home Health Department

The Staff Pad has partnered with Russellville Hospital to hire a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse/Field Staff Coordinator for their Home Health department. If you're a licensed RN looking to make a meaningful impact in patient care coordination and advocacy, this is a rewarding opportunity to join a supportive and mission-driven team.

• Performing initial and ongoing patient assessments
• Executing physician orders and implementing nursing interventions
• Developing and updating individualized plans of care
• Supervising home health aides and participating in performance improvement initiatives
• Coordinating interdisciplinary care and managing referrals
• Assisting in intake coordination and staff scheduling when needed

• Current RN license from the Alabama Board of Nursing
• Minimum of 3 months of nursing experience (home health experience a plus)
• Strong clinical judgment and patient advocacy skills
• Familiarity with Medicare Coverage Guidelines

  , and Home Health Conditions of Participation
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Adolescents (13–18)
• Adults (19–65)
• Geriatrics (65+)

• Moderate physical activity including walking, standing, kneeling, and lifting
• Exposure to home care environments and occasional blood-borne pathogens
• Must be comfortable navigating various home conditions and travel within the service area
