The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed hospital in Russellville, AL to find compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to jointheir growing outpatient clinic team.
In this role,you'll provide high-quality patient care, support physicians and clinical staff, and help create a positive experience for every patient in acollaborative, fast-paced environment.

Full-Time| Days
What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in aclinical setting
- Administer medications and injections
- Assist with patient assessments and routine procedures
- Monitor vital signs and communicate changes to the care team
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Educate patients and families onhealth management and treatment plans
What We're Looking For
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN)
- Previous clinic or outpatient experience preferred
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate electronic medical records (EMR)
- Strong communication,collaboration, clinical judgment & critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospital setting
