Gym Manager
We are hiring a Gym Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations at our franchise club in Workout Anytime. This role requires strong leadership, sales expertise and a passion for fitness.

- Manage staff, write schedules and oversee payroll.
- Maintain company policies, procedures and facility standards.
- Guide sales efforts to grow memberships, including touring prospects and enrolling new members.
- Greet and assist customers, provide club tours, and explain membership benefits.
- Perform all basic member transactions and ensure accurate club management software entry.
- Keep the gym clean and safe.
- Build and maintain client relationships, generate referrals, and execute marketing outreach.
- Track and report on sales conversion metrics (e.g., 70% call‑to‑appointment conversion, 80% touring prospect enrollment).
- Support retention strategies and oversee club maintenance.
- Proven track record in generating memberships through direct sales, referral programs and walk‑in tours.
- Ability to quickly assess member needs and use solution‑selling techniques.
- Strong sales performance, meeting or exceeding monthly quotas within first 30 days.
- Excellent multitasking skills in a fast‑paced, clean‑facility environment.
- Experience training a team to excel in membership sales and referrals.
- Energetic, self‑motivated, reliable and passionate about fitness.
