Job OverviewJoin Arkansas Early Learning, Inc. as Center Director, leading all center activities and ensuring compliance with regulations while providing comprehensive child development services and supporting families.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of the center to meet safety and regulatory standards.
- Provide child development and educational programming for children birth to five.
- Coordinate and support families with additional services and growth opportunities.
- Manage staff, training, and professional development.
- Maintain accurate records, budgets, and reporting.
- Bachelor’s or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
- Bachelor’s in unrelated field with at least 4 years of experience in Early Childhood Education or a CDA Birth to Pre‑K.
- Associate’s degree with at least 6 years of experience in Early Childhood Education.
- Eight years of experience in Early Childhood Education and holding CDA Birth‑to‑Pre‑K, Director’s Credential, or Technical certificate.
- Full‑time schedule with weekends off.
- 33 paid days off in the first year.
