Salary: $52,000 - $60,000 per year

Join Arkansas Early Learning, Inc. as Center Director, leading all center activities and ensuring compliance with regulations while providing comprehensive child development services and supporting families.

• Oversee daily operations of the center to meet safety and regulatory standards.
• Provide child development and educational programming for children birth to five.
• Coordinate and support families with additional services and growth opportunities.
• Manage staff, training, and professional development.
• Maintain accurate records, budgets, and reporting.

• Bachelor’s or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
• Bachelor’s in unrelated field with at least 4 years of experience in Early Childhood Education or a CDA Birth to Pre‑K.
• Associate’s degree with at least 6 years of experience in Early Childhood Education.
• Eight years of experience in Early Childhood Education and holding CDA Birth‑to‑Pre‑K, Director’s Credential, or Technical certificate.

• Full‑time schedule with weekends off.
• 33 paid days off in the first year.
