Arkansas Early Learning (AEL) is a 501(c)(3) non‑profit serving vulnerable children ages birth to five and their families across Arkansas. We provide free infant, toddler, and pre‑K childcare programs and a variety of child and family support services in a loving, caring, and safe environment.

Join Arkansas Early Learning to apply for the Center Director role, a full‑time position that oversees all center activities, ensures compliance with regulations, and supports the growth and development of children and families.

Provide oversight of all center activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, deliver comprehensive child development services, and support families with opportunities for growth and change.

• Bachelor's or higher in Early Childhood, Child Development or a related field
• Bachelor's in a non‑related field with 4 years experience in Early Childhood Education or a CDA Birth to Pre‑K
• Associate's in Early Childhood, Child Development or a related field plus 6 years experience in Early Childhood Education
• 8 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and either a CDA Birth to Pre‑K, Director's Credential or Technical certificate in Early Childhood Education
