POSITION:
Mortgage/Consumer Loan Officer
LOCATION:
Northwest Arkansas
SUPERVISOR: SVP of Consumer Markets
QUALIFICATIONS:
Incumbent manages and grows an assigned portfolio of loans that meet profitability and credit quality targets, while maintaining a high level of credit administration. Marketing and Community Engagement is an expectation of this position.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor’s Degree in agricultural business/management/marketing or finance and/or
- Minimum 3 years of experience in consumer, mortgage, and/or commercial lending or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
- Expert knowledge and understanding of mortgage, consumer, business or finance
- Expert interpersonal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of agricultural industry
- Working knowledge of marketing principles and practices
- Computer proficiency
