MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DESIRED
QUALIFICATIONS:
Full-time position for a Customer Services Representative/Loan Assistant to provide front‑line customer service and support loan officers with loan processing and accounting functions.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma and/or
- Experience in customer service, accounting or banking and/or
- An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
- Effective interpersonal communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Knowledge and understanding of agriculture business or finance
- Computer proficiency
- Attention to detail and quality organizational skills
