MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DESIRED

QUALIFICATIONS:

Full-time position for a Customer Services Representative/Loan Assistant to provide front-line customer service, support loan officers with loan processing and accounting functions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma and/or
• Experience in customer service, accounting or banking and/or
• An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
• Effective interpersonal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge and understanding of agriculture business or finance
• Computer proficiency
• Attention to detail and quality organizational skills
