$5,000 Sign-on Bonus for 40 hour full-time positions.
Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient offers a wide range of outpatient services across the state of Arkansas, providing traditional clinic-based care as well as therapy sessions in schools or homes for clients as young as age 5. The organization has over 25 years of experience delivering quality care to children, teens, and adults.
The Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient Therapist develops treatment goals and provides behavioral health modalities to targeted client populations, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective care in line with the mission, vision, and values of Universal Health Services and all applicable regulations and licenses.

- Minimum of a Master’s Degree in a Human Services field, preferably Social Work, from an accredited university.
- Current licensure (LPC or LCSW).
- A minimum of two years psychiatric treatment experience, with experience in individual, group, and family therapy.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and Arkansas laws governing services to children, adolescents, and adults.
- Basic knowledge of educational, psychological, and social service systems related to special education and behavior treatment.
