Overview
Become a Disability Services Manager at Arkansas Early Learning (AEL), a non‑profit organization that serves vulnerable children ages birth to five and their families across Arkansas.
ResponsibilitiesUnder the direct supervision of the Regional Program Director, the Disability Services Manager will:
- Develop and implement a quality disability services program in the Agency service area.
- Supervise program operations and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Provide content area expertise and oversight on a scheduled basis, performing duties personally and through subordinates.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a related field.
- Satisfactory levels of aptitude and skill related to the duties and the ability to apply specialized knowledge acquired on the job.
- 1–3 years of related experience preferred.
- Access to a working cell phone.
- Valid driver’s license and immediate access to a legally insured vehicle (car, full‑size pickup, and van).
- Current auto liability insurance.
