Operator II F Shift

What you’ll do (the exciting part)

• Run and fine‑tune advanced production equipment (think Teknoweb) to hit safety, quality, and throughput goals.
• Perform changeovers like a pro (film, label, paper, box sizes) and keep print registration and labels sharp.
• Prep and load raw materials; keep packaging equipment in peak form.
• Own your line’s quality checks, sampling, and batch records; communicate clean handoffs between shifts.
• Jump in where needed—Operator, Material Handler, or Packer—so the team never misses a beat.
• Help onboard and mentor new teammates; contribute ideas to continuous improvement and 6S.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; organized and deadline‑driven.
• Hands‑on knowledge of manufacturing processes and cGMP.
• A reliable teammate who thrives with minimal supervision.

• You’ll be on your feet, moving with purpose—lifting up to ~30 lbs frequently and staying active throughout the shift.
