This is an on-site, safety-sensitive position at our Russellville, AR plant.

Operator I (OP1) D Shift responsibilities include operating and monitoring state-of-the-art automated packaging equipment, ensuring smooth material flow, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

• Operate and monitor state-of-the-art automated packaging equipment, including palletizers and conveyors
• Ensure smooth material flow and compliance with safety protocols
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy, keeping our standards high
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform minor adjustments to keep production running
• Rotate between lines and positions, supporting your team and learning new skills
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace (6S compliance)
• Document and verify inventory transactions in JDE and Docushare
• Wear required PPE and uphold cGMP standards

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, automated environment
• Team player attitude with the ability to work independently
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and automated systems
• Willingness to learn and grow with us

• Frequent standing, walking, and lifting (up to 30 lbs.)
• Production floor setting with hands-on equipment monitoring
