6:30 PM - 6:30 AM

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Medical Surgical Unit experience with any experience within the last 12 months.
• Experience with Meditech is preferred.
• 12 months of acute care experience.

• Candidates must have a Arkansas license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Shift & Scheduling:

Every other weekend is the stated minimum, although fewer weekends may be scheduled.

Low census may occasionally result in call; this typically does not impact temporary staff, and call occurs no more than once per month.

Unit Details:

Patient population includes adult and geriatric patients.

Medication and treatment responsibilities include initiation and maintenance of IV medications, blood and blood products, hyperalimentation, epidural analgesia, patient-controlled analgesia and chemotherapy.

Floating Requirements:

Floats to all medical-surgical floors.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years

Driver’s license required
