We are seeking a flexible team member who has a High School Diploma or General Education Diploma equivalent plus 6 years industrial maintenance experience OR a 2‑year Technical Degree plus a minimum of 4 years industrial maintenance experience.

Pay starting at: $38.65

Major Responsibilities:
Individual will manage all team‑related activities. Responsible for coordinating vendors, assisting unit engineers, planning resources, and commissioning equipment through systematic testing during installations. Will make repairs specific to each unit’s machinery by troubleshooting and making spontaneous production‑process‑dependent decisions, and expediting parts when necessary. May be responsible for the handling, inspection, packaging, shipping, and transportation of hazardous waste and for compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Individual will need knowledge of practical and conceptual manufacturing processes and maintenance of equipment used in the production process‑dependent decisions, and expediting parts when necessary.

  • Coordinate and manage all machine repair and preventive maintenance efforts, and function as an asset within team management simultaneously.

  • Independent thinking is vital when machine breakdown inhibits the production process, making problem‑solving decisions difficult.
  • Concerning machine reliability, the individual will identify and remedy chronic issues with machinery, while considering safety, production, and machinery health as it relates to product quality and process efficiency.
  • Responsible for managing special projects such as testing equipment calibration, the Logan Reliability Process involving all PDM/PDMA mechanical and electrical elements, as well as RCM studies focusing specifically on equipment failure and analysis.
  • Manage all aspects of planned and unplanned outages.
  • Operate and maintain all heavy equipment on site. Will support and work in cooperation with all operating teams.
  • Continuously pursue technological advancement education and teach/train others in the same.
  • Expected to seek improvement not only in the specialty field, but in all fields.
  • Rotate shifts as required by the team, unit, and/or company policies and procedures.
