The Cooker Operator operates PLC to control the cooking machinery during a night shift (10 pm–8:30 am Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays). The role monitors pumps and grinders, documents plant operations per our GMP program, and maintains safety and quality standards.

• Operate the cooking process within selected parameters.
• Document plant operations per GMP program.
• Notify shift manager of any issues or maintenance problems.
• Attend all required safety meetings.
• Maintain a safe and controlled working environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Manufacturing, industrial, or agricultural experience preferred.
• Prior experience in a rendering facility or production environment preferred.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Works well with others in a team environment.
• Dependable, reliable, and able to work nights and/or weekends as needed.
