Hires, Inc. is seeking a Metal Fabrication Technician — Blueprint & Assembly in Russellville, KY to transform drawings into durable metalwork. You will read blueprints, cut, weld, form, and assemble components, and inspect finished parts for quality while maintaining and safely operating fabrication equipment.
The role demands high accuracy, teamwork to meet schedules, and adherence to safety. AWS/ASME welding certification is preferred; pay is hourly with a 1st shift, Monday–Friday.
